PayPal payment issue

    os meus clientes quando enviam o formulario são impedidos e aparece uma msg do Paypal ao finalizar, o que eu faço? e o formulario não chega

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you confirm if the issue is affecting all the users? Are you able to test the issue suing different web browsers? Also, can we do an actual submission on your form to test the issue on our end?

    Hi fabio66serra,

    Thanks for getting back to us. For us to further investigate the issue, please allow us to do an actual submission on our end. It will also help us isolate the issue if you can create a new form, integrate it with the same PayPal account, and test it in the new form to see if the issue will reproduce.

    Also, it is highly suggested to contact PayPal and ask them about the status of your account. There may be a limitation on your PayPal account that needs to be checked.
