Fluxo de Aprovação

Tenho um formulário integrado com o Google Planilhas, precisava que as marcações do Fluxo de Aprovação também fossem registradas na planilha, é possível?

Acima, o fluxo de aprovação que meu formulário possui. Precisava registrar essas marcações na planilha também.
