Olá!
Contratamos a ferramenta para a empresa através de um e-mail de um colaborador, com o e-mail profissional dele.
Esse profissional foi desligado da empresa e o e-mail desativado.
Estamos precisando acessar a ferramenta porém devido isso, está dando erro. Como proceder?

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Just to confirm, are you trying to log in to the account of the employee who created an account in Jotform? Can you please give us more information on what's happening on your end so we can have a better understanding of what the situation is? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

I´m trying to login with e-mail and password of a employee who created a account at Jotform using his professional e-mail. However, that guy is not in the company and we are needing access the jotform account again.
His e-mail was disabled. Is there any way to regain that access?

Hi mauriciomm,
Thanks for getting back to us. After checking the email address you were trying to log into, I was able to see an account registered in Jotform. You can try resetting the account's password if you don't remember the password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me take you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.

All right, but that is the problem: this e-mail doesn’t exist anymore. I’m not able to access the e-mail to recover the password.

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that you are using your domain with this email address. I would just like to know, is it possible for you to contact your IT department to reactivate the employee's email address (gedeonaa@algartelecom.com.br) so that you can reset the password and update the email address associated with the account?
