Olá, realizei a integração com o Asana, no formulário Cancelamento (teste) e não está indo para o Asana. Com os demais formulários a integração está acontecendo, porém com este que mencionei, não está.

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. Can you confirm if the integration stuck on Complete Integration page? Check out the screenshot below:
