Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry that we can only respond to the email address linked to the account you contacted us from. You can find the invoice for your last month's payment here. It can only be accessed while logged in to the account it is tied to. It’s easy to check your invoices. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section. 
5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
