Se não me engano, fiz a opção pelo desconto, mas observei que meu pagamento está no valor normal. Podem me informar como proceder?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I contacted our billing department for clarification and found out that you availed of our non-profit discount for the Silver Plan. The standard cost for the Silver plan is US$49, and then you are charged with a 50% nonprofit discount of US$24.50. That is why you are charged with the amount of US$24.50.
