Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you referring to the warning message that you see in your account? If so, that refers to the Monthly Submissions Limit for a Starter account. The Monthly Submissions Limit is the total number of entries, from all your forms, your account can receive every month. If you want to continue receiving new submissions, your options are to wait for the monthly reset or upgrade your account.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your monthly limits will reset every 13th of the month and you can view them on your Usage page. The maximum number of times per month that you can utilize a feature is indicated by the Monthly Usage Limit. After reaching a monthly limit, you have two options: either upgrade your account to raise your restrictions or wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period.
