Hi Felipe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can upload photos into your forms using the File Upload element. The uploaded photos will then be stored in Jotform's server and are accessible via the submission Table or Inbox. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to File Upload, and drag and drop a File Upload element to your form.
3. Click on the gear icon to manage the element.
In this example, I've uploaded a file where I can check in the submissions Inbox and Table:
- On My Forms page, hover over your form and click on Inbox.
- You will see the submission here.
- To go to the Tables, click on the downward arrow icon and select the Tables option from the dropdown list.
You can manually export the data from the Submission Table to an Excel or CSV from the submission table. Let me show you how to download your submission data to CSV or Excel:
1. Go to My Forms and choose your form.
2. Select Submissions at the top.
3. In Tables, click on the Download All button in the upper right corner of the page.
4. Then, select an option from the drop-down menu.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
