Question about Gold Plan or having unlimited submissions.

Olá, boa tarde!Estou interessado em contratar o plano gold para minha faculdade, porém gostaria de saber se o número de envios que terei direito mensal é por formulário ou por conta. Por exemplo, se eu tiver 4 formulários vigentes no mês, a soma das respostas deles não podem passar 10 mil no mês, isso?Eu queria muito o plano ilimitado ou um plano com 20 mil envios, mas fiquei triste que para o plano empresarial não possui suporte em português.Aguardo retorno.

Now, let me help you with your question. The submission counter counts the total number of entries, from all your forms, your account can receive every month. For example, you have 5 forms, and for each one of them, you've received 2,000 submissions. The total is 10,000 which means you have reached the submission limit when you are in Gold Plan.

If you're expecting more than 10,000 submissions every month, I suggest you upgrade your account to Jotform Enterprise which has unlimited submissions.
