How to Disable a Specific Time Slot from based on the Selected Time Slot from Another Appointment Slots Widget

Olá, gostaria de saber se é possível criar 02 campos de agenda com duração diferentes e se um deles for agendado o horário fique bloqueado no outro. Exemplo, tenho um campo de agendamento com duração de 1h30 iniciando as 9h e outro campo de agendamento com duração de 3h iniciando as 9h. Se o usúario marcar o campo de 3h iniciando as 9h, o horário fique bloqueado na agenda que tem duração de 1h30 também, pensando que a agenda é da mesma pessoa, porém é possível ter dois tipos diferentes de agendamento.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you trying to allow your form fillers to select multiple appointment in one submission? If so, unfortunately, currently selecting multiple appointments in one form is not possible. But, you can accomplish this with a workaround. You can meet your requirements by adding a multiple choice field and multiple hidden appointment fields. Then add Show/Hide Field condition to display an appointment field depending on the selected number of appointments. Let me walk you through the steps:

• In the Form Builder, click on + Add Form Element.
• Now, add the Multiple Choice element to your form and add appointment fields.

• Next, add the number of Appointment fields you wish to add.
• Now, click on Settings and click on Conditions on the left panel.
• Next, click on the Show/Hide field condition.
• Then, add and edit Show/Hide field conditions as your multiple choice question has.

If I select "Mobiliado" the "Agendamento 3h" field is visible if I select "Não mobiliado" the "Agendamento 1h30" field is visible. But the issue is that this agenda refers to the same person, that is, it is the same provider who will serve. So if I select a time in the "Agendamento 1h30" field, that time should not be available in the "Agendamento 3h" field. It would be possible?

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood what you’re asking, if a time slot on the first Appointment Field is selected, the same time slot on the second Appointment field should be disabled. If yes, unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now

It is not possible to disable a time slot on another Appointment field based on the selected time slot from another Appointment field. There are currently no workarounds for this.

We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
