URGENTE: Formulário travou e não avança?

A ferramenta funcionava normalmente e parou de avançar as páginas?

Não houve nenhuma manutenção na ferramenta que justificasse ela estar travada, ou seja, quando clicamos nas opções do formulário existem algumas condicionais que deveriam direcionam para a próxima página, mas isso deixou de acontecer, precisamos de um suporte urgente.

I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, please try to use another browser to check on the issue. Let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. I tested the link to your form, cloned it, and I was able to replicate this issue. When I checked your form, I noticed that there is currently a total of 208 conditions in it. The forms with a lot of conditions will load slower.

The form needs to load its resources and conditions first before letting your users type into the form. The only way to shorten the loading time of your form is by reducing its workload, this means reducing the form conditions. If it was previously working smoothly but is now loading extremely slowly, please let us know so that we can look into it further.
