Não estou conseguindo receber o formulário preenchido . Segue página do erro de resposta "Vários envios estão desabilitados para este formulário".

Now, let me help you with your question. The error you're getting appears when you've enabled unique submissions or unique fields for your form, and then attempted to make multiple submissions. However, I've checked your form's settings and noticed that these settings are not enabled. After reviewing your form's revision history, it seems that you previously had unique submissions enabled, but have since disabled it.
You shouldn't receive that error message anymore. To confirm this, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to make multiple submissions without any errors. Check out the screenshot below to see the two submissions I made.
I've also cleared your form cache to see if that will fix the issue for you. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, would you allow us to make a test submission on your form for further troubleshooting?
