Percebi que na pergunta de estados e cidade que vem junto com o jotform vocês tem as opções dos estados amercianos, vocês tem também dos Brasileiros? Gostaria de fornecer primeiro uma pergunta dos estados brasileiros com as opções de escolha, e a depender dos estados, as cidades também já listadas. Conseguem me ajudar?

To confirm, are you trying to add a question where you can ask for Brazil states? You can add a Brazilian states widget to your form, to achieve this. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search the Brazil states widget and add it to your form:
