How to edit my Bitly link?

Olá!

Tenho um formulário e gostaria de mudar o ID dele padrão. Mesmo mudando o link direto no jotform o link mantem seu ID original que eu encurtei no bit.ly.

E por lá ja fiz de tudo e nao consigo apagar o acesso.

o link do form é https://form.jotform.com/213268077427662

e tenho tres links encurtados que direcionam pra ele do bit.ly mas nao consigo deletar.

Now, let me help you with your question. I presume you used Bitly to shorten your form URL. You can check out this page about reasons why you can't edit or redirect your link.

Although Jotform currently doesn't have a URL shortener feature, you can create a custom URL to shorten your form URL. Let me guide you on how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Under Quick Share, click on the pencil icon right above the blue Open in New Tab button.
3. Edit the URL, and click on Apply once done.

If you want to use your own domain name in your form URL, you can upgrade to our Enterprise plan to be able to do so.
