Limite atingido

    Prezados,

    aparece a mensagem que atingi o limite, mas validei e nada foi atingido ate entao.

    Poderia verificar o pq não é possivel que seja realizado o preenchimento dos formularios?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. I can see that your account is within the limit, I also cleared your form cache. All your forms are active. Please refresh your forms and they are now active. Here's a screenshot of one of your forms without the over-quota error:
