    Queria saber porq nao esta deixando preencher novos formularios se nao tem nenhum preenchido. Outra coisa, quero fazer um pacote diferenciado, nao tem como? poderia entrar em contato no meu whats? 49 9 91515496. Qual o valor em reais?

    Não tenho condições de pagar o valor completo do sistema. Poderia fazer um plano personalizado para mim?

    Hi Julia,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we don't have subscription customization. To increase your upload limit, I recommend upgrading to a paid plan. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

    eu havia visto no ultimo plano e achava que dava para personalizar, por isso questionei.... nao tem apenas como aumentar os GB? pois esse valor fica muito elevado para eu pagar, não tenho condiçoes.. queria usar para uso proprio interno mesmo

    Hi Julia,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The only way to increase the upload limit is to upgrade your subscription to a paid plan. Another way is, you may delete some of your uploaded files to free up space from your current upload limit. Please note that we cannot recover deleted submission data. You may download your data first before deleting it. Let me show you how to delete submissions:

    1. In My Forms, click on the Submissions.
    2. In Submission Tables, check the submissions you want to delete.
    3. Click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the screen.
    4. Click on the Three Dots located on the tab in the upper left of the screen, and then click on the Trashed entries.
    5. Click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then click on Delete.

    That's it, your submissions are permanently deleted.

    Sim, mas verifique que nao tenho nenhum questionario respondindo e nao tenho mais GB.Deve ter algum erro pode verificar?

    Hi Julia,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. When I checked your account, I saw that your ANAMNESE form still has uploaded files in it, even if you've already deleted the submissions. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to purge the deleted submissions. Let me show you how:

    • In My Forms, select your ANAMNESE form and click Submissions.
    • In Submissions Tables, click the 3 vertical dots and click Trashed entries.
    • Click on Select All and click Delete Forever.
    • Click Delete again on the next screen that opens.

    Keep in mind that if you do this, we won't be able now to retrieve the purged submissions, you may want to download the submissions first by following this guide.

    I have cleared your form's cache and please also clear your browser's cache before opening the link to your form. You can try with a different browser or a different device to see if it works. Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
