Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it seems that you have reached the upload limit for a Starter Plan. You need to delete some submissions on your Anamnese Form to free some space. You can check this guide on how to delete your submissions and purge them. But before doing that, please make sure to download the submissions so you can have a copy of them before you delete some of them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
