não estou conseguindo efetuar o pagamento, da erro mas o meu cartão é debito e esta com o saldo.

Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. May I ask what subscription you're trying to get? I've checked your account, and I can't see any payment attempts. I am unable to see any errors as to why it was refused. Please check with your card provider to ensure everything is in order. If possible, you could also consider using a different card.
