Can you tell me what device you were using when you encountered the issue so we can test it on the same device to see if we can replicate the issue? You can also send us a screenshot of what's happening so we can have a better idea. This guide will show you how to do that. In the meantime, can you try the Jotform app using a different device or try to connect to a different network to see if the issue persists?
