Now, let me help you with your question.
About '1 user per team', this mean that you can only add 1 user for Jotform Team that you have created, this includes you. If you need multiple people to access a specific team's forms and data, you will need to upgrade to our Jotform Enterprise plan.
If you want several people with different email address to send the forms, you can simply share your form URL to them. Anyone with access to the form URL can access your form.
As for data, you will need to share your Jotform Tables to your team so they have access to it. It's easy to share your Jotform Tables, let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on Share on the top-right of your screen.
- Enter your teammate's email address below Invite By Email, and configure the access depending on your preferences.
If you want to give access to your form, in other words, allow them to edit your form, it's possible too through Form Collaboration Link. Let me show you how to retrieve this:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators at the top-right of your screen.
- Click on Copy URL, then share the URL with your teammate. Your teammate will be able to edit your form when they access through the link.
You will need to repeat the process if you have more than one form. If you want to give access to multiple forms at once, this feature is only available in Jotform Enterprise.
