Estou no plano Armazenamento com 4 formulários (o limite é 5), no entanto, meus formulários não pegam! Diz que passou o limite do plano.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I check all the forms in the account, and they are not showing any form over quota error. I have cleared your form cache.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
