É possível fazer algo parecido no Jotform? -

Hello Julio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your request. You have the option to share your Jotform Tables with your respondents. Please set up your Jotform Tables to Private, and once a link is generated, you can copy and paste it to your Autoresponder. As soon as the respondent has submitted the form, and gets the email, they'll be able to see the link to your Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do that:
1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite or share this link will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:
- Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
- Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.
3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
4. Copy and paste the link to your Autoresponder.
Please note that when respondents get access to your Jotform Tables, regardless if it's Public or Private, anyone who accesses the page will be able to view all the submissions made on the form. The only difference is that if your Jotform Tables is set to Private, they can't be able to view Jotform Tables, without logging in to your Jotform account. Also, Jotform Tables settings can't be edited, or deleted by those who didn't get the collaboration access type. If you still want to proceed with sharing your Jotform Tables with your form respondents, this guide will show you how to do that.
Alternatively, instead of giving the Jotform Tables link, you can give your respondents the edit link to their submissions. This guide will show you how to do that. You can disable the fields in edit mode using conditional logic so that your respondents will not be able to edit their entries when they access their submitted entries via edit link.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
