Locate account used to create the App

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using a translator tool, please respond to whichever language you feel comfortable using. I've checked our system and I confirmed that the Jotform account you used to open the support ticket is the one you also used to create the Jotform account. It seems that you are having trouble locating the App you created on your Jotform account. Please follow the steps and screencast below:

• On your Jotform account, click on the dropdown button on 'Meus Formulários'.
• Then choose 'Meus Apps'.
• You will see the App that you created.
