Jotform App: Install the app on device

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

With that said, I'm assuming you are referring to the Jotform App. In the App Builder, you first need to make sure the the Add to Home Screen feature is enabled. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the App Builder, go to the Settings tab.

2. Next, select App Settings from the left side menu.

3. Lastly, enable Add to Home Screen Modal option:

Once users view your app on their mobile devices, they will be automatically notified by the app with the instructions about how to add it to home screen, where it's exactly the same as installing it in their device.
