Form Error: API Limit Exceeded

    Now, let me help you with your concern. The Too Many Requests error message is displayed when you have reached the login attempt limit on your account. This happens when the system detects several failed login attempts on an account. I have now reset your login attempts on account: c*******l@contaja.com.br from our end. Can you please try logging in again and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same problem, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the issue is that you exceeded the limit for the API calls you can make daily. Services like widgets and integrations use APIs to fetch information from your account. If you reach your API call limit, your forms will still load, but these services might fail or won’t work at some point. For the Silver Plan, you have 50,000 daily API call limits, and the daily API call count automatically resets at midnight, Eastern Standard Time (EST). But I went ahead and reset your API limit.

    Can you give it another try and let us know what happens? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
