Boa tarde, sobre a cobrança, no anúncio falava que era por mês aquela quantidade de 119,79 mas na fatura veio o valor cheio e de uma só vez. E gostaria de ver sobre isso, porque não tenho condição de pagar de uma só vez.

Now getting back to your question, I see that you have subscribed to a Bronze plan for a year which showed the invoice for the whole year in one go instead of monthly invoices. If you want to check your invoices, here's how you can do it :
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit, and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

Thanks for reaching back to us. When you upgrade your account and purchase a subscription, it automatically renews depending on the payment schedule you choose: monthly or yearly. You can cancel your subscription anytime but please note that we can only provide a full refund if your refund request is within 30 days from your last payment. Since you subscribed to Bronze just this month, yes you can request a refund, here's a guide to that.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. Your refund request was accepted, and your Bronze Yearly subscription has been downgraded to Bronze Monthly and a refund for the closing balance has been processed.
Depending on how your bank releases funds, it generally takes 5-7 business days to credit the money to your card.
