    Bom dia,


    No acesso pelo meu usuário funciona normalmente, mas ao dar acesso a um colaborador ele apesar de visualizar, os arquivos anexos não abre corretamente e nem é possível baixalos.


    Pelo que percebi é algum problema de permissão nos arquivos de download.


    A partir da semana passada quarta-feira, 24/01/24, começou a apresentar essa falha.

    Hi Tafer,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Can you please check the sharing settings of your Jotform Tables and make sure that the download button is set to be shown? Let me show you how:

    1. Open your Submissions Table and click Share.

    2. In the Share & Invite tab, click on Share Settings.

    Also, you can also disable privacy in your account and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files and then try to download the file again. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Login to your Jotform account and click your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.

    2. In the dropdown, click on Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.

    3. Now, go to the Security tab and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files under the Privacy section.
