link nao baixa o arquivo

Olá, estou fazendo um formalario, e o link de baixar arquivo, vem sempre quebrado no email

não abre, não da para baixar o arquivo. Isso acontece no email de resposta 1

O que poderia ser? Clica no link, e o arquivo não abre . A parece uma pagina de Erro
Mas isso só acontece nos emails de meus clientes, no meu email nao

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. I can also open it on a PDF viewer software. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
