How to take a photo and attach it automatically to the reports?

Gostaria de saber se é possível colocar um widget que tire um foto automaticamente para ser anexada no relatório
Esse relatório vai ser usado por funcionários da empresa e eles estão cientes dessa foto, ela é para controle da pessoa que esta realizando o formulário

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page and select Widgets tab.

2. Search for Take Photo, then select Take Photo widget.

Now, each time a photo was taken using this widget, it will be saved automatically to your Jotform Tables, and it will be added automatically to your Jotform Reports. Check the screencast below:
