Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and I can see that it is currently on a Starter Plan. The account is currently over the limit for Submission limits. You have currently used 104 submissions out of the limit of 100. This is why you are unable to access your forms. To increase the Submission limit you can consider upgrading to a higher subscription for more limit, or you can wait for the new month to start to reset the monthly limit.
