Retrieval of sent documents

Olá pessoal, no dia 26 de agosto de 2020 eu preenchi um formulário de vocês enviando alguns documentos meus e acabei perdendo estes documentos, gostaria de saber se vocês conseguem me ajudar me enviando estes documentos que eu tinha enviado anteriormente a vocês estou mandando logo abaixo um print com o e-mail que recebi do envio dos documentos:

I also tried to search for the form and the user who created the form but they don't exist in our system. It is possible that the user has deleted their account.
