Dear Jotform Support Team,
I am reaching out to report an issue I've encountered while trying to download the zip file that contains all submission data. Despite numerous attempts, I've been unsuccessful in completing this download process. In my initial attempts, I did not receive the anticipated result email with the link to download the zip file. Following recommendations from user forums, I attempted the download using a different browser, but this did not rectify the problem, as the zip file I ultimately received was incomplete.
This data is crucial for my work, and I urgently require it by tomorrow morning. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just cleared your form cache to refresh your forms, could you try downloading again? If the issue persists, please let us know which data was not added so we can check further.
