Is it possible for all the answers to appear when exporting submission forms?

Now, let me help you with your question. This will depend on where you're exporting, and in what format. If you, for example, are trying to export all of your submissions in CSV/Excel format from your Submissions Table, then all visible columns will be included in the export. And those can be seen when clicking the Columns button in the top right when you're viewing your table.

If you're exporting submissions as PDFs, it will depend on the PDF template used. As you can have a PDF template that only has certain fields added.

If you're able to share which form you've had this issue on, we'd be happy to take a look to see what the best course of action is. And which format are you trying to export your submissions in?

In our survey, we have several large tables. I want to give the option to the person who is answering to print their own answers in PDF, not excel/cvs. However, in pdf format, it does not show all the tables correctly.

How can I adjust it?

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with this. I cloned your form with ID 233513793518057 and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but after submitting the form, I could notice that the Tables on the PDF file are displayed correctly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

When I tried to download your Submission as PDF, I noticed that only one tables was included in the PDF file. Please note that your submission is almost empty, and based on the configuration of your PDF editor, all the Empty fields will be hidden, that is why most of the input tables are not visible. But, if these tables will be filled, they will be shown on the PDF file.

I understand that you want to give the possibility to your responders to print the information entered in your form. In that case, you can add the Print button on your Form. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the Submit button and click on it.
2. Next, click on the Gear icon on its right.
3. In the Properties panel on the right side of the screen, click on the Advanced tab.
4. Finally, set the Print Button toggle to On. (I tested also this option and the PDF is displayed without errors). If you are expecting long answers, please consider increasing the width of the input fields.

Also, you can add a Download PDF button on your Thank you page. Doing that is also easy, let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the column on the left side of the screen, click on the Thank You Page tab.
3. Next, click on Action Button and then on the Download PDF option.
4. Finally, under select the PDF file under PDFs to be downloaded and click on the Create button at the bottom.

You can also create an Autoresponder Email and attach the PDF file to it, so when the responder will submit the form will get a copy of the Submission as a PDF file. But to do that, you will have to add an Email field on your form. We also have a guide about Setting Up Autoresponder Emails that you can check out.
