A tabela que existe nos formulários, não estão aparecendo no aplicativo para o aprovador.
Vou anexar 1 exemplo, mas está acontecendo com todos os formulários.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I really do understand how upsetting this is. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:
- First, go to Form Builder, then click on the Settings Tab >> Approval Flows Tab and click on the Edit Icon for your approval flow.
- Then, click on the Gear Icon next to your Approval Element and click on Edit Email.
- Locate the Table Row and highlight the Unique Name.
- Click on Form Fields and choose the Table Label Name.
- Do the same thing to all of your Approval Element.

Mas o problema é no aplicativo. O email está configurado da forma correta.

Hi CST,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you try to add notification email on your form to check if you can see table in it? Here’s how to do it:
1: Inside your Form Builder, click on the Settings Tab >> Emails Tab and click on Add Email.
2: Choose Notification Email and click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Sim, no email é totalmente possível visualizar a tabela. O problema ocorre no aplicativo do aprovador, onde a tabela não aparece.
Observação: O problema foi notado apenas em aprovadores que possuem celular Android.
IOS está normal.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please try to sync your data to the mobile app. Let me show you:
- Navigate to the gear icon after logging into the Jotform mobile app.
- Press Sync Your Data.
- You should be able to see your forms in the All Forms folder after a brief wait.
Please make sure as well that the app is up-to-date on the device.
If the issue still persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Please let us know as well what mobile phone brand and model is being used, and also try using another mobile Android device to access the mobile app. Let us know after trying to see if it works or not.
