Sending email to a certain address based on a condition

O formulario acima tenho 3 prestadores de serviços diferente.

Tem alguma solução para que a pagina de agradecimento mande o email para o respectivo prestador de serviço selecionado?

Caso selecionar prestador de serviço 1, quando enviar o formulario o mesmo recebe o email. Caso selecionar o prestador 2 ele recebera o email, e assim por diante...

Now, let me help you with your question. It is possible to use conditional logic on the email alerts using the Change Email Recipient condition. This allows you to create a condition wherein if met, then you can send to a certain recipient or use the email address on the field. For more information, kindly refer to this user guide.
