Eu possuo um formulário extenso onde os campos são exibidos a partir da resposta na primeira página. Porém de ontem pra hoje isso parou de funcionar. E nenhum campo é exibido independente da condição.

I have an extensive form where the fields are displayed from the response on the first page. However, from yesterday to today this stopped working. And no field is displayed regardless of the condition.

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. When I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. Although caches aren't cleared automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
- In the window that opens, click on Settings.
- In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
You can also check this guide for more information about clearing caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
