Transferência de formulário - Studio 283

Olá pessoal tudo ótimo?

Vi no Blog do Jotform que vocês fazem as transferências de formulário para outra conta e é exatamente isso que eu preciso.

Seguindo as etapas sugeridas no blog:

1. Forneça o nome de usuário do formulário em questão.
   → Blanked ( design@blanked.co )
   
   
2. Forneça nome e links para os formulários que você precisa transferir.
   → Ficha de Anamnese - https://form.jotform.com/222285584091055
   
   
3. Informe o nome de usuário a qual você quer enviar dados de formulários.
   → Studio 283 ( studio283tattoo.scs@gmail.com  )
