Consigo criar um fluxo de aprovação utilizando 2 formulários?

Quando um formulário (form 1) for aprovado, preciso enviar um segundo formulário (form 2) e continuar o processo com as respostas do segundo formulário, isso é possível ?

When form 1 is approved, I need to send form 2 to get more information from another person and continue to processo with the information received from form 2. Is that Possible? If so, how? Check the image attached to see if you understand what I mean.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, multiple forms can not be attached to an Approval Flow. Here's a guide that will show you how to do that. However, note that the Approval flow is limited to the form which it was created from. Just to confirm, do you want to show the approval process of two forms in one approval flow?
