PDF Editor: Create a dynamic PDF based on the form's responses

Quero criar um formulário de diagnóstico empresarial de multiplas perguntas, em seguida quer que o cliente visualize um relatório baseado nas respostas do formulário, tentei fazer isso e nao consegui  Tem que ser dinamico, cada resposta vai gerar um relatorio pro cliente. Teria que ser em PDF esse relatório....

Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, the feature to dynamically change the PDF document depending on the selected answers in your form isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
