    Good morning,

I have two questions that our customers have given us.

    1° Slow.
Literally all customers who are trying to make an appointment on today's date, including myself, tried to create an appointment, but it doesn't finish at all... it took more than 15 minutes with " ;please wait". We tested our connection and it is normal.

    2nd EMAIL RESPONSE

Our customers always receive a copy of the appointment they made, but for a while now they are no longer receiving it, and it doesn't even enter the inbox. spam.

Could you please check these two cases.

    Hi cmsoatendimento,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Portuguese Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'll have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've gone ahead and cloned your AGENDA—Occupational Health Medical Center—Complementary Exams form and saw that you have 255 conditions on it and several widgets, which cause the form to load slower. I also tested both the classic and card layouts and discovered that the classic layout works better than the card layout. Please keep in mind that the only way to lessen the workload of your form is to reduce its load. In the interim, you can use the classic layout.

If you are talking about a different form, could you please provide me the URL to your form so that I can review it for you? If your form is taking too long to load, it may be due to the size and number of conditions and widgets in your form. The more fields, widgets, and conditions that are added to a form, the slower it loads. If this is the case with your form, I would recommend shrinking the form and conditions or splitting your form into multiple forms.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Let us know if you need any other help.
