Limite de upload atingido.

Excluí um Formulário que tinha muitas respostas com arquivos e mesmo assim a minha conta aparece como cheia. Como posso excluir respostas para liberar mais espaço?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you deleted your submission but the upload space limit needs to free up its space as well. Upload space limit refers to your forms that use a file upload field. If you wish to free up your upload space, you can delete submissions that have file uploads on them and then purge them from the Tash Entries.

Remember that before deleting your form submission, you may want to download them. Let me show you how. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

• Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
• Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.

After backing up your form submission, you may now proceed with deleting your form entries from the trash folder. Let me show you how.

• Click on the three-dot icon.
• Select the Trashed entries option.

• In the Trash panel, click on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
• Click the Delete Forever button.
• Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
