Now, let me help you with your question. Since the unique ID does not have the option to show the field, we can use a conditional logic to show the sequential values. We must add a short text field to easily set a condition to show the values in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Form Element.
2. Click on Short Text.

Then set a conditional logic to show the sequential values in the short text field.

1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
2. Go to Conditions and click on Update/Calculate Field.
3. Enter the conditional logic and click on Save.

Here is the conditional logic.

You have to make sure that the short text field is read only so that they cannot edit the sequential values.

1. in Form Builder, on the Short Text field, click on the Gear Icon.
2. Go to Advanced and turn ON the Read Only.
