Issues between submissions that were meant to be in draft but were received as submissions

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, please allow me to help you with your issue. To clarify, do you not intend to expect the submission submitted on November 09 yet because it is just partially filled and hasn't been completed? I'm not sure if it's saved as a draft because, in this case, it should be visible from the incomplete submissions in your Jotform Tables, which it is not in your situation. After all, it's successfully received in Jotform Inbox and, I assume, Jotform Tables. Let me show you where to find the incomplete submissions:

• Click on the Three Dots icon, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
• To view the incomplete submission, click on View. That will open the window with the incomplete submissions.

We also have a guide about How to View Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables that you can check out. Also, could you clarify how you mentioned that this is a draft form and whether you require any additional assistance with it?

Thanks for getting back to us. Is your first screenshot, above, a submission from your Jotform Mobile App? 

Please note that if your form respondents didn't complete the submission and save it as a draft, it wouldn't be visible in your Jotform Inbox. I also looked into your Jotform Inbox and these submissions with “Rascunho” from your screenshot are no longer there. Did you delete this by any chance? Do you still need help with this?
