Could you try turning off your device and turning it back on again? If the issue persists, could you try updating your Jotform mobile app to the latest version or uninstalling and reinstalling the app if this makes a difference? Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
