Account: What does 1 user per team mean

Gostaria de entender o que seria 1 usuário por equipe?
Penso em adquirir o plano prata ou o ouro.
pretendo usar para pesquisa de opinão, portanto eu teria varios pesquisadores nas ruas com aplicativo no celular realizando a pesquisa, minha pergunta: existe limite de pesquisador utilizando o questionário para aplicar a pesquisa? Nesse caso de 1 usuario seria a pessora que seria responsavel em manipular o sistema?

While teams can be created within the account, adding multiple users or inviting team members for form creation and analytics evaluation requires a Jotform Enterprise Plan upgrade.
