Now, let me help you with your issue. I checked your account, and it seems that you have reached the upload space limit. Your account is limited to 100.00 MB, but it has already exceeded this limit, with 121.20 MB at present. You can refer to this guide to learn about the features and limitations of your account. To resolve this issue, I recommend taking the following steps:
1. Download your existing submissions as PDF/Excel/CSV files to preserve your submission data.
2. Delete your existing submissions and make sure to purge them completely from your account. This will free up the upload space. Please follow the steps below to delete and purge your form submissions:
- In the Submission table, click on the Select All button on the left side.
- Click Delete on the upper right side of the page to delete all selected submissions.
- Once deleted, click on the Ellipsis icon beside the Form Submission name.
- Select Trashed Entries.
- The trash folder will automatically pop up on the left side of the screen.
- Click on Select All once again, then click Delete Forever.
After you complete these steps, your total upload space will be automatically cleared, allowing you to use the forms normally. You can also upgrade your account, increasing your usage limit. Visit our pricing page to learn more about the available plans, features, and differences between them.

I already did this. The Trash entries is Empty in all forms. But the Upload space remains exceeded. Can you help?
