  1. Start by signing up with Jotform if you haven’t already.

How to edit a contract

  1. Click Add Field on the left of the screen – you’ll see a list of form elements to add to your contract.
  2. Drag and drop any of those fields into your document.
  3. To edit your contract templates, select any text in your document and then click Edit Template. From there, you can add any elements on the left by dragging and dropping into your document.
  4. To edit part of the document, select any portion of the text and click the gear icon that appears under it.
  5. You’ll then see a standard text editor in which you can make changes.
  6. Once you’re done reviewing and editing your contract, you can also customize the design. Start by selecting an area of text. Then click on the blue paint roller to edit the style of the selected area.
  7. Select from the options for changing colors, fonts, images, text alignment, and more.
  8. Once you’re done editing your document, close out the editor then click Save and Exit.
