Nie mogę dodawać lub duplikować formularza, wyskakuję błąd i każe mi przeładować stronę, po przeładowaniu, nie widać zmian.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that the Starter plan can add up to 100 fields per form. The reason why you are unable to add more fields is due to the limit. Please check out this link for the field limit per form on the different standard plans.
