iDEAL payment integration

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Polish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Polish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Are there any forms embedded within the provided website? If you have a form created using Jotform, you have the option to integrate it with one of our payment integration solutions according to your preference. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payments tab, choose one of the Payment options. I selected Stripe in this form.
3. In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. Then, enter all of the necessary information and connect your account with your form. That's it. You're done.

thank you for your reply. Unortunately we do not have an account in Jotform yet, we would like to add iDeal payment option which I do not see in the Build Form section on the list.

Can you help me with that and check if it is even possible?

Hi Szymon,

Thanks for getting back to us. We currently don't have a direct integration with iDeal. However, we integrated iDEAL over PayPal. If you have a PayPal Business account, you can integrate PayPal Business (PayPal Commerce Platform) into your form and the end-users from the Netherlands can see iDEAL as a payment option as shown below. 

Also, we have Mollie integration that allows you to use iDEAL as an alternative payment method by enabling it on your Mollie dashboard. Below are some useful links that may help you during integration.
