Data nie wyświetla się w wypełnionym formularzu

Dzień dobry,

mam problem z wyświetlaniem się daty w wypełnionym formularzu. Po wypełnieniu formularza i pobraniu go, nie jest widoczna data, pomimo tego, że osoba wypełniająca ją podała (jest to wymagane pole). Wszystkie inne pola wyświetlają się prawidłowo. Pole do wypełnienia daty jest po "w dniu".

I cloned your form and it's working as intended. The date field is showing on the PDF file.


I cleared you form caches and toggled off and on Jotform Sign on the signature field.
